These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and the video generation service (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Independence Notice

Sora 3 at sora3ai.video is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The Service

Sora 3 lets you generate videos from text prompts, images, first and last frames, and multimodal references such as reference images, video clips, and audio clips, with optional generated audio. Features, output options, and limits may change as we improve the Service. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility and Accounts

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and able to form a binding agreement to use the Service.
2. Account Information: You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
3. Account Security: You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@sora3ai.video if you suspect unauthorized use.

Your Content and Generated Videos

• You keep ownership of the prompts, images, video clips, and audio clips you upload ("Inputs") and, to the extent permitted by law, of the videos you generate ("Outputs").
• You grant Sora 3 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and store your Inputs and Outputs only as needed to operate, secure, and support the Service.
• You are solely responsible for your Inputs and Outputs and for how you publish, sell, or distribute them, including ensuring they do not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law.
• AI-generated results may be inaccurate, similar to other users' outputs, or not what you expected. Review Outputs before relying on or publishing them.

Real People and Consent

If you upload, reference, or generate content involving a real or identifiable person, you confirm that you have all required permissions, consents, and rights, including likeness, publicity, voice, and copyright rights. You may use real-person materials only when the person has authorized it or you otherwise have a lawful basis to do so.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Sora 3 to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Create or distribute unauthorized deepfakes, or impersonate any public figure, private individual, or organization
• Use someone's face, likeness, name, or voice without proper authorization
• Create non-consensual intimate or sexual content, or any sexual content involving minors
• Create deceptive media intended to mislead others about real events or falsely show a person saying or doing something
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
• Bypass moderation, safety features, usage limits, or credit restrictions, or interfere with the security or performance of the Service
• Scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or access the Service through automated means not provided by us

Moderation and Enforcement

We may use automated and manual review to detect, restrict, or block prompts, uploads, reference media, outputs, accounts, or usage patterns that may violate these Terms. We may refuse requests, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and withhold or revoke credits obtained through abuse, and we may cooperate with payment partners, hosting providers, rights holders, or law enforcement where appropriate.

Credits, Plans, and Payments

• The Service uses credits. Each generation consumes credits based on the options you choose, as shown before you generate.
• Credits are available through subscriptions and one-time credit packs. New accounts may receive free credits.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in our pricing terms. If a generation fails because of a technical error on our side, the credits for that request are returned to your account.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire as described in your plan.
• Prices may change; changes do not affect purchases already completed.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using the Service, you agree to that policy.

Intellectual Property of the Service

The Sora 3 website, software, interface, design, logos, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to them except the limited right to use the Service as permitted here.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, without prior notice where reasonable, if you breach these Terms or if your use could harm the Service, other users, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sora 3 and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sora 3 and its operators, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Inputs, your Outputs, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of anyone's rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@sora3ai.video so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page, and the date above will change. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
